How do I order? TOP
Bebe Trends is an on-line store. You can order online using our secure online ordering system, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is easy, simply add items to your cart and “check out” like you would do at a store. We accept all major credit cards which are processed using PayPal Secure Account Transfer Service (you do not need a paypal account). We also accept cheques and money orders. Orders will be shipped once cheques and money orders are cleared. What currency are your prices in? TOP
All prices shown are in Canadian funds. Exchange rates on international orders will apply - please contact your credit card company for current rates. Do I have to pay taxes and/or duties? TOP
Canadian Orders
Goods and Services Tax (GST)- All provinces are subject to 5% GST charge (except NFLD, NS, NB)
Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) - NFLD, NS, NB subject to 13% HST (combined GST and PST)
Provincial Sales Tax (PST) will NOT be applied to your order, as we are located in Alberta.
International Orders (outside of Canada)
Federal (GST/HST) and Provincial (PST) taxes are not charged on items shipped outside of Canada. Please note: the purchaser/recipient of international orders will be responsible for any duty or customs charges that may apply to their orders.
Customs and Duties
Orders being shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duties and taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country and vary from country to country. Bebe Trends cannot be held responsible for any additional duty or customs charges. What methods of payment can I use? TOP

We use Canada Post-Regular Parcel Service.
If you prefer to use a courier service for faster delivery, additional charges will apply and will be billed to you. Please contact us for further details at info@bebetrends.com How soon can I expect delivery? TOP
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. If cheques or money orders are used for payment your order will be shipped once payment is cleared.
NOTE: During the holiday season, shipping times may not be guaranteed. Please take this into consideration if you are ordering and wish to receive before Christmas.
The following delivery guidelines as per Canada Post, (we are not responsible if Canada Post delivery times are exceeded, the only way to guarantee delivery date is via courier):
Canadian Shipments
Expect 2-3 business days within Calgary, Alberta and 3-9 business days for deliveries within Canada depending on the recipient's location.
US Shipments
Expect 7-12 business days for deliveries within major city centers.
International Shipments
If you require a delivery outside of Canada or the United States, please contact us directly at info@bebetrends.com arrange for shipment.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, or a delivery is refused and returned to Bebe Trends, a re-shipping fee of $3.00 (plus the cost of re-shipping) will be charged. How do I track my order? TOP
All orders are shipped via Canada Post within 24 hours of purchase, (Exceptions: Weekends and Holidays which are shipped next business day). If you require a rush delivery, please contact us for alternate shipping methods.
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as we ship your item(s). Once you have your tracking number you can track your package on www.canadapost.ca
For Orders shipped outside of Canada, tracking numbers are only available if a courier service is requested. What are your shipping rates? TOP
Shipping rates are based on the total amount of your purchase (before taxes).

All orders over $150 shipped within Canada receive free shipping! Shipping charges will be automatically waived at checkout.
If you are located in the Calgary area and would like to pick up your purchases, please choose "Calgary pick up" shipping option at check out and email us at info@bebetrends.com to arrange for a pick up time! Do you offer local pick up? TOP
Yes, if you are in the Calgary area and would like to pick up your order, please choose "Calgary Pick Up" option at check out and email us to arrange a pick up time. Can you send gifts on my behalf? TOP
Yes, we are very happy to offer this great service. Please let us know if your purchase is a gift, so we can ship it directly to the recipient. Indicate on your order form that the Ship To address is different than the Bill To address, then fill out the Ship To address of the recipient. For an additional $4.00 we will gift wrap your purchase and include a gift enclosure card. Please e-mail us with your special message.What if I would like to see the products before I purchase them? TOP
We carry unique products that may not be available in stores in your area. We only order high quality products that we would use ourselves and are certain you will enjoy them as much as we do. We try to describe our products accurately and use high quality photographs, so you are as confident in your purchase as you would be in a retail store! If you have placed, and paid for, an order then subsequently request to cancel it prior to shipping, a store credit note will be issued in the same dollar value as the purchase amount. The credit note voucher code will be emailed to you with instructions on how to redeem it. What if I need to exchange or return an item? TOP
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, please contact us at info@bebetrends.com. Customers are given the option of a full refund (less shipping) or a store credit under the following conditions:
-Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving item for full refund to apply (some exceptions apply).
-All returns received after 14 days from the arrival date will be issued store credit.
-All Items bought through a Bebe Trends Home Party (Virtual or Real) qualify for store credit only (because of the discount rate).
-All merchandise must be in new, unwashed and unused condition in original, unopened packaging with all tags, instructional brochures and promotional materials still securely attached for any refund, exchange or credit to be issued. Bebe Trends reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise is not in its original condition. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for the return of the item.
-Refunds will be applied through PayPal. If an item was paid by cheque or money order a cheque will be mailed to you.
-If the item was a gift we will issue store credit.
-A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, unless products are being returned due to manufacturer defect, damage or shipping error.
-Actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this amount may be more than the shipping cost charged on your order.
-Shipping charges for returns are the customer’s sole responsibility. We suggest that you use a service that provides tracking/delivery confirmation as Bebe Trends cannot be responsible for items not received.
-The following items are considered final sale and we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless due to manufacturer defect: Items purchased on sale, special orders, personal care products, crib bedding sets, teething toys, nursing pads, baby bottles and nipples and others at the discretion of Bebe Trends.
-If you have items you wish to return, please contact us directly at info@bebetrends.com or call 403-875-8815 or 403-828-8261to receive instructions on how to return your item for a refund or credit. How does Purchasing and Receiving Gift Cards work? TOP
Gift cards are not taxable until the card has been redeemed; therefore these steps must be followed during the checkout to ensure you will not be charged taxes when purchasing a Gift Card.
Purchasing: Gift Cards may be purchased either by phone or via on-line orders, and have no expiry date.
*Gift Cards will be emailed to the recipient in a beautifully laid out Gift Certificate (see Gift Card Page for example)
Redemption: *(Canadian customers only) If you have received a Gift Card valued at $150 or more, free shipping will apply to your order provided you spend your Gift Card all at one time. If you do not use the full value of your gift card and spread it out over several orders shipping charges will apply to any/all orders totaling less than $150. What if an item is out of stock? TOP
Should you want to purchase an item that is out of stock, please email us at info@bebetrends.com with the product information and we will advise you of when we will have that product available.
Please note that occasionally when orders come through simultaneously, one of the orders may be processed, but the item has just sold out. We will gladly give you the choice of:
1. Option to re-select an item of equal value in an alternate
size or color
2. A store credit
3. Should you wish to wait for the item(s) to re-stock we will
place your pre-paid order in priority on the wait list What if I cannot find a product I am looking for? TOP
If you are having trouble finding a product on our website, please contact us at info@bebetrends.com. If it is something we do not have in our store, we may be able to order it for you. How will my personal information be managed? TOP
Bebe Trends is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We do not sell or disclose any of your information to any third parties. We may however use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about new products or special offers we think you'll enjoy. If you do not wish to receive e-mails with product information, please send an e-mail to info@bebetrends.com with "Unsubscribe" as the subject line.
